In your email, kindly include clear pictures of the product and provide a detailed reason for the return. We evaluate each return request individually to determine if it meets our criteria for return eligibility.

Please note that we only accept returns for production defects or damages that occur during delivery. We do not entertain returns or refunds solely based on personal preference or dislike of the design. However, if you believe there is a production defect or damage, we may request a video of you opening the package to assess the issue.

Once your return is approved, we will process your refund through the original payment method used for the purchase.
